Although the vocational education develops largely and quickly, the secondaryvocational schools pay more and more attention to the work of moral education,however the practical effectiveness of the moral education is easy to be ignored. Afterthe schools develop a large number of moral education, whether the moral education iseffective, or it can achieve the expectant goal, how to measure the effectiveness of moraleducation also became the problems that made many secondary school principals andteachers worried. Many teachers complain that although they are very diligent to thestudents and almost like the the mother to take care of them, the students are not fond ofthem in the end. Many enterprises have also complained that some of the intern in thesecondary vocational schools are difficult to manage, unruly. This article is analysisingthe factors that restrict the practical effectiveness of moral education in a secondaryvocational school from the perception of school-enterprise factors, and proposed thecorresponding countermeasures to improve the practical effectiveness of moraleducation in a secondary vocational school.The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is discussing the basic concept,the concept of the moral education in a secondary vocational school, the content of themoral education in a secondary vocational school, the connotation of the practicaleffectiveness of the moral education in a secondary vocational school.The second part is about the case studies. It mainly introduces the current situationof the practical effectiveness of moral education in Guangzhou Vocational School ofTourism and Business、 the Panyu District Vocational and technical school andGuangzhou Vocational School of Traffic and transportation.To understand the currentsituation of moral education in the above three secondary vocational schools and to findthe existing problems through the questionnaire、the observation and the interview,.The third part is to analysis the school-enterprise factors that restrict theeffectiveness of moral education according to the datas the author acquired.Theteachers’basic quality is not good,the quality of students is in poor condition,theleadership ability of the principal is weak,the rules and regulations areunreasonable,which compose the school factor that restricts the practical effectivenessof moral education in a secondary vocational school;the defects of the impact of thespirit of the corporate culture on the moral education,the problems of the interfacebetween the enterprise systems and moral education in a secondary vocationalschool,the problems of the demonstration effect of the employees,lack of the sense ofresponsibility of the leaders on the moral education,which compose the enterpricefactor that restrictsthe practical effectiveness of moral education in a secondaryvocational school.The fourth part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve thepractical effectiveness of the moral education in a secondary vocational school,whichmainly includes how to establish the moral concepts as an enterprise and how toreconstruct the moral systems as a school.
