Game teaching method has been more and more popularly used in Chinese teaching due to Chinese learners in Thailand are becoming younger and younger and their characteristic,so this paper has classified different types of games used in Chinese teaching based on different standard.Besides, I have also designed different games due to different contents:words,sentences,characters and cultures,and analyzed the results of games according to three aspects:participation,vitality and order of class.The results turns out to prove that the appliance of game teaching method helped to improve the learning ability of students.And then,I introspected the results of games and summarized game types fit for words,sentences characters and cultures.To words, we should design games which can help kids to memorize and impress on the contents,for sentences, the games we designed should help kids release.As for characters,the games should help kids to combine the pronunciation of character with the meaning of character.In the part of culture teaching,students should experience culture to keep their susceptibility to culture.Based on my experience and the results of teaching,I found out that when we are faced with designing games for kids in Thailand,in order to improve kids’ learning ability,we should not only consider their characteristics,but also choose game types that is fit for the contents we taught.
