Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, the party and state attaches great importance to the employment problem, it is also the most concern of the graduates. The era of the missification of higher education, it’s also a challenge for remote areas of Xinjiang minority university students. Whether Xinjiang minority university students can smooth employment, relate to their own employment viewpoint, so, we need to help them to set up scientific employment view. Xinjiang minority university students set up scientific employment view is good for their employment, achieve personal values, to make relevant policy to Xinjiang university students, at the same time, it is conductive to the stability to the stability of Xinjiang. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using literature study, investigation study method, dialectical analysis, put Xinjiang minority university students as the research object, put forward to guide them set up scientific employment viewpoint’s countermeasures and suggestions for the research direction. Adopt the method of questionnaire survey, understand the positive aspects of Xinjiang minority students’ employment viewpoint are: the idea of “Employment first” basically formed, enhanced their own autonomous consciousness and pay more attention to personal development.
