Marxism education fairness concept, as the theory source of our country education fairness development guidance, is built on the basis of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Rediscover the contemporary value of Marxism education fairness concept has extremely important theoretical and practical significance to solve the unfair education problem of China.From the historical background and theoretical origin of Marxism education fairness concept, we analyzed the history deductive of Marxism education fairness concept in this paper. The basic components of Marxism education fairness concept was elaborated, which mainly include three aspects: everyone enjoy the equal right to education is the foundation of the education fair implementation, the economic base and superstructure decide the realization degree of education fairness, and people’s free all-round development is the value orientation and ultimate goal of education fairness. The theory epitaxial of Marxism education fairness concept is the ideal and reality unifies, the subjectivity and objectivity unifies, and the scientificity and humanism unifies. Based on the above-mentioned, the problem of unfair entrance opportunity, unfair educational process and unfair educational outcomes during the currently China’s educational development were analyzed. The fundamental cause of unfair education is the backward household registration system and education management system, imbalances regional economic development, and education supply cannot meet people’s increasing education demands. Combine the guidance of the Marxism education fairness concept with our country’s education unfair phenomena, the contemporary value of Marxism education fairness concept was repositioned and understood. What’s more, we put forward that the correct understanding of education relationship is the inherent driving force of the education fairness development, social fairness and justice is the external condition of the education fairness development. In order to realize the fair development of education,the following measures must be taken. Firstly, economic development should providea solid material foundation for the development of education fairness. Secondly,adhere to the “people-oriented” education philosophy, and establish the consciousness of equality education. Measures should be taken to strengthen the effectively unification of scientific education and humanistic education, as well as theoretical education and social practice, which can provide scientific value orientation and guidance method for the education fairness development. Thirdly, the education legislation, together with the education policy supervision and evaluation system should be strengthened, in order to provide legal and policy guarantee for education fairness. Fourthly, we should accelerate the reform of the education system to improve teachers’ enthusiasm in education activities, which can promote the stability and efficiency of education undertakings development. Only by encourage the education in our country developing along the fairness and normal track, can we further realize social equity.
