High-level talents is the core competitiveness in the development of colleges and universities,the construction of the high-level talent team is crucial for the development of colleges and universities.The introduction of high level talents will not only bring changes to Universities in a research areas,but also enable the whole implementation of reform and innovation in colleges and Universities.Compared with top universities at home and abroad,the level of high-level talent team in colleges and universities in fujian province development lag,need strengthen the introduction,construction and service of high-level talents eagerly.This paper will serve the investigation of the status quo of high-level talents in part of universities in fujian province and the countermeasure analysis as the main research contents,in order to find out an effective way for the introduction of high-level talents of colleges and universities in fujian province.According to the categories of colleges and universities,This paper choose five universities in fujian province to study.through methods such as literature research,comparative research and practical investigation,This paper found out the status quo of the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities in fujian province. This paper analyzed the main problems in the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities in fujian province:the competitiveness of high-level talents in fujian university is not strong,the policy of the introduction of talents is not scientific enough, etc.This paper analyzes the experience of the introduction of talents in China’s top colleges and universities in the United States,and summarized the beneficial enlightenment to fujian universities:stick to the idea of talents first,improve the way of introducing talents actively,strengthening the consciousness of people-oriented service.on the basis of ascertain the status quo,found the problem and analyzing the reasons of the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities in fujian province.This paper puts forward the specific countermeasures according to the working experience of the introduction talents in top universities at home and abroad: planning the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities in fujian province scientifically,optimize process of the introduction and strengthen the management and follow-up service to the high-level talents.
