| Reform and opening up gift economy of China wings, and participating intoWTO lead the economy of China joint track gradually with the international market.Many international competitive enterprises in China have already successfully landedon international markets. However, in the period of knowledge economy andinformation technology, reviewing China’s economic development with theperspective of internationalization, there is still a wide gap in many aspects. For theChinese enterprises which participating in international competition, this gap mainlyreflects on the less capability of profitability, resources organization, anti-risk, andperformance fulfillment, etc. The enterprises should confront the deficiency in theiroperation and management, and enhance management efficiency by studying andapplying scientific methods and instruments.This paper comprehensively applies performance management theory and relatedmethods which widely recognized at home and abroad with breakthrough point ofexisting performance management practice of T Company. A set of optimized projectperformance management system of T Company is designed and carried out.This paper is divided into four parts: Chapter I is introduction, mainly introducesthe development and operational features of T Company to analyze the problems intheir existing performance management system and propose the content of research;Chapter II is overview of theories and methods, makes an introduction to relatedcontent of performance management, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and KeyPerformance Indicators (KPI); In Chapter III, based on BCS system construction ofproject performance management, applying Analytic Network Process (ANP), PESTanalysis, and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats analysis (SWOT), DMAICmodule, Fishbone Diagram analysis methods, etc., designs project performancemanagement system with BSC main framework; Chapter IV is case analysis, take Xproject in T company as an example, examine the new designed performancemanagement mode. |
