If a company wants to live in the knowledge economy and has a great advantageduring the international competition, it must be based on knowledge, and theknowledge mainly depends on the investment in human resources. Due to the role andthe particularity of the enterprise managers in the enterprise, it is very important totrain for the enterprise manager. Training effect evaluation is mainly based on theevaluation indicators selected to investigate and measure the actual performance ofthe training activities, which plays a very important role during the change ofemployee behavior, the improvement of training quality, and guaranteeing the smoothimplementation of the training activities. It is a lack of the systemic and practicalmanagement personnel training effect evaluation system for the existing relatedresearch, which cause the unclearness and incomprehension of the enterprise training,and leave the space for this study, too.Firstly, this study reviewed and summarized the existing related theory andmodel of the training effect evaluation in the domestic and foreign; then, determineand improve the evaluation index of the enterprise manager training effect by theliterature review and expert interview; thirdly, make the EFA and the CFA by thedata from questionnaire survey using SPSS17.0statistical software and AMOSsoftware, and build an evaluation system of the enterprise manager training with fivelevel indicators and26secondary indexes, which can reflect the training effect clearlyand comprehensively, and is of great significance for enterprise management training.In addition, this paper also applied the evaluation system to the enterprise managertraining project combined with AHP-triangular fuzzy number evaluation method, andanalyzed the usage of this system on a practical training program. Finally, summarizethe research achievements of this paper, and put forward the deficiencies in theprocess of this study and the suggestions and prospects in future research.
