Since the21st century, for the rapid development of the global economy, the competitionpressures enterprises face are increasing rapidly.Especially with the explosion of information,employees are required to have more and more skills. Without a doubt that we can say humanresource plays an important role to determine the survival and development of enterprises.People who are at the age among twenty-forth and thirtieth with high level of education, willbe employed by the enterprises sooner or some have been at work. They play important rolesto support the development of enterprises. It is important to make full use of them, which willdo better to the sustainable development of enterprises. As so far, many scholars have focuson work stress perceived by enterprises,job satisfaction and job performance, which somescholars have got the relevant conclusions. Moreover, different people attribute success andfailure to different elements, which in some extent determine their job performance. Theconclusions above are only based on studying on ordinary employees. In this article, I focuson the people who were born after1985to do the empirical study on relationships amongattribution, work pressure, job satisfaction and work performance.After doing the study on hypothesis and data collected from questionnaires, I get theconclusions.(1)Internal attribution plays a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,while there is not significant relationship between external attribution and jobsatisfaction.(2)Internal attribution plays a significant positive impact on job performance,while there is not significant relationship between external attribution and jobperformance.(3)Working pressure plays a significant negative impact on jobsatisfaction.(4)Job satisfaction plays a significant positive impact on job performance.(6)internal attribution have an impact on job performance, in which job satisfaction plays a roleas an intervening variable.(7)Job satisfaction plays a role as an intervening variable in therelations between working stress and job performance. Based on the results, I can make aconclusion that managers should guide employees to analyze the attribution correctly.Meanwhile, managers should take some measures to ease the working pressure on employees, which improve employees’ job satisfaction. As the result, employee performance can beimproved.
