Entrepreneurial tea m has an important place in the theory of entrepreneuria lresearch. Further research on entreprene uria l team, on the one hand willcontribute to the theoretical study, on the other hand, it also has an important ro lein build ing entrepreneuria l team in practice. Entrepreneurial team often choose sme mbers of different educationa l background, working exp erience, as well asdifferent characteristics together to achieve comp le mentary goals. Theoretica llyentrepreneuria l team heterogeneity is disc ussed often, but the relations hipresearch between team heterogene ity and entrepreneurial performance when addsorganizational innovation is rare.First, the thes is does a systematic summary and analys is of the researchstatus and the relatio nship among the entrepreneuria l team heterogene ity,organizationa l innovation and entrepreneuria l performance. Then the relatio nshipstudy is taken as the theoretical foundation, the construction of theoretica l modelis completed and eight hypotheses are deve loped. Emp irical ana lysis of thisstudy is deve loped through the questionnaire survey choosen from Shenzhenentrepreneuria l teams, afte taking regressio n analys is, the research results showthat s ix hypotheses can be supported, and two hypotheses fail to be supported.The entrepreneurial tea m education heterogene ity and team heterogene ity bothhave positive influe nce on entrepreneurial performance, and the positive impactof entrepreneurial tea m age heterogene ity to entrepreneuria l performa nce is notsupported; entrepreneuria l team education heterogene ity and te am heterogene ityboth have positive impact on organizatio nal innovation, and the positive effect ofteam age heterogene ity on organizationa l innovation is not supported; theorganizationa l innovation has a positive influence on entrepreneuria lperformance; organizationa l innovation plays a fully intermediary role betweenthe entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance.
