In recent years,with the continuous increasing of entrepreneurial activities to promote the national support and the progress of science and technology,all walks of life there has been a new entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial activities in promoting social progress,economic development and employment has played an important role but there exist many problems,has attracted academic and social circles the attention and research.In the early stage,entrepreneurship research focused on exploring the impact of entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial activities on the society.In this process,scholars focused on entrepreneurial leaders,and explored the impact of leaders' personal traits and styles on the development of enterprises.With the rise of technology and business activities to raise the threshold,through collaborative team of different individuals from the society resources and the ability of entrepreneurs to become mainstream,the research team and individual team are beginning to receive attention,team heterogeneity become one important research content.Team heterogeneity mainly refers to the individual differences between team members,this difference include congenital(explicit)and acquired(implicit)two types,the focus of academic research mainly focuses on entrepreneurial activity in individual differences,this study is based on a single,the effect of the introduction of the interpersonal variables the relationship between exploring the individual differences of different relations of entrepreneurial performance influence mechanism,lack of help to clarify the academic circles on the heterogeneity of studies can complement and enrich the theory of heterogeneity,and help provide guidelines and guidelines for dealing with the interpersonal relationship in entrepreneurial activities,and promote the success of entrepreneurial activity.In the specific research on the existing research are summarized,the heterogeneity,interpersonal relationships,performance concept and dimensions,carding and build a theoretical framework for the research model of the relationship between the three,and then design the questionnaire and conducted an investigation.The use of relevant data analysis software to obtain data to analyze,through data Analysis on theory and model verification,and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions on the basis of verification.At the end of the study this paper confirms the existence of significant positive correlation between team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance,but the impact on entrepreneurial performance between different dimensions,there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal relationship and entrepreneurial performance,but also has a significant intermediary role.
