With the economic globalization and the deepening of the global operation of transnational corporations, there is a more intense competition in the consumer electronics industry. Apple and Samsung as the two giants of consumer electronics industry, either from the perspective of the degree of technological innovation, product upgrading, or multiple aspects such as the brand,their influence is so greater that other companies can’t compare with them. It was also because the two companies are at the same level, then led to a intense competition between the two companies in the global market. But as the world’s largest consumer electronics manufacturing base and consumer market, the same kind of companies in China, such as ZTE, Huawei, etc., have been the most low-end global consumer electronics industry value chain, enterprise’s innovation ability is insufficient, also the technical level and technological content of products is not high, serious homogeneity competition, they can only rely on low price for sales, then the profitability is not high, its has been at a disadvantage in the fierce global market competition. So our transnational corporations must effectively use the advantages of the resources that you have on the global business, to make its world influence reach the level of Apple and Samsung electronics.Scholars at home and abroad for competitive multinational companies also made a lot of research, but less from the perspective of comparative advantage of the international trade course. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using the Integrated comparative advantage theory, according to the margins of Apple and Samsung production advantage, demand advantage, trade advantage and comprehensive comparative advantage for generated by empirical analysis, trying to find out the influence of each other, and then provide inspiration for consumer electronics companies in our country, effectively improve their profit margins and their compare advantage.
