The New Measure Of Province Urbanization Development Level And Hunan Empirical Analysis

In November2012, the Hunan province timely introduced the pushing new urbanization of Hunan province (2012-2020)"to the implementation of the program, put forward to2015, the province’s urbanization level of more than50%, six megacities such as Shang Sha and Chen Zhou to the specific requirements of the six major cities, the Hunan province urbanization level compared with the national average and gap, the new urbanization development task is still arduous. Based on the development of new type of urbanization in Hunan province, the new urbanization strategy of how to develop the appropriate is the need to solve the problem.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of relevant theories, combining the present situation of the new urbanization development of Hunan province, through an empirical analysis of the factor analysis method and entropy value method, this paper discusses the current main problems existing in the new urbanization construction in Hunan province:one is the urbanization level is still low. In2011, the urbanization rate is lower than the national average of6.2%, the18th, fourth in the middle, the urbanization level obviously lags behind the industrialization level, the two don’t match, restraining the further development of industrialization; Secondly, the urban development quality is not high. The speed of accumulation of wealth city and the people of happiness are not synchronized; Of the elements of the rapid expansion of city scale and intensive level does not match; Moderate control of city size and agglomeration of talents is not very balance; The pace of construction of ecological civilization and material civilization construction is not enough coordination; On a city’s modernization management level with the current speed cannot adapt to the development of city.3it is across Hunan province urbanization level is not balanced, the development of urban and rural areas as a whole is not strong enough.
