Attracting key talents and scarce talents is becoming one of the main subjects in the enterprise competition. Recruitment, as the entrance of enterprises for the talents, is playing an important role in the development and strategic realization of the enterprises. Misemployment, the high rate of staff turnover, etc such problems not only affect the recruitment effect, but also increase the manpower cost of the enterprises. In order to promote the effect of recruitment and prevent the recruitment risk, this dissertation presents and studies the problems related to the recruitment risk, builds the database of the reasons which cause the recruitment risk, and according to this makes investigation and empirical analysis. By means of factor analysis, this dissertation concludes the factors lead to the recruitment risk, and finds the influence degree of the factors for sequence according to the data analysis, in addition, analyses the current situation of the enterprise recruitment. Above all, this dissertation presents the recommendations how to prevent the enterprise recruitment risk.This dissertation is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background, the significant of the research, the research methods and the innovation points. The second part defines the recruitment and recruitment risk, presents the rationale related to recruitment risk, establishes the theoretical support for the database of the factors leading to the recruitment risk by reviewing the literatures. The third part analyses the enterprise recruitment risk and summarizes the factors that cause the recruitment risk, categorizes the factors by four dimensions which are the recruitment process, the recruiters, the recruitment methods and the recruitment object. The fourth part is the empirical study of the factors that leads to the recruitment risk. Based on the literature review, the questionnaire is designed; after the pre-survey and the modification, the final questionnaire is formed. The questionnaire surveys the recruiters in141enterprises in the northeast part of China. The survey data is analyzed by the factor analysis method, and8factors that cause the recruitment risk are founded while each main factor contains3-5determinants. In order to present the effective recommendations for the enterprise recruitment risk, the current situation of the enterprise recruitment and the8factors are analyzed according to the importance degree. The last part present recommendations of preventing the enterprise recruitment risk based on the empirical results, and those recommendations will have referential meaning for the enterprise recruitment.
