Employment is the core of people’s livelihood, employment situation directly affects the overall situation of Chinese employment.Not only the new rural construction and the income of migrant worker will be affected,but also directly related to the sustainable development of economy and the peaceful society of our country. At present,only to account for8.6%of Guangxi employment of rural labor force have professional skill training,less than25%of them have participated in training of A non professional and technical. Alone with rapid economic development,continuous upgrade of industrial structure and the promotion of organic composition of capital,lack of employability of migrant workers is difficult to adapt to the demands of the job.This phenomenon will inevitably affect the development level of the urbanization construction and rural surplus labor transfer in China,and also affects the purpose to increase income of rural families who was relied on outside employment.Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the migrant workers employment ability, identify the deficiency of their ability and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.Based on the evaluation of the current situation of employment of migrant workers in Guangxi,this research will use the empirical research methods,such as in-depth interviews, questionnaire and literature retrieval to collect data for the evaluation of Guangxi migrant workers’ employment ability.I have taken interviews and release questionnaires in Nanning, Baise and Hezhou,three cities of Guangxi province. In order to obtain the subjective and objective data,the research have evaluated by migrant workers and enterprise two-way survey. and compiled.the research data. According to the existing evaluation system of employment capacity and combined with the status of Guangxi farmers survey,I used Likert Scale and Delphi method evaluate systemic analysis on the employment ability. Finally it carried on the appraisal to the Guangxi migrant workers employment ability.Convert it to percentile,I found that the migrant workers employment ability score is2.47605points(the total score is5points),which is at a low place.Analysis that the mainly root of low employment ability is the low participation of the occupation skill training affect accession to knowledge and skills.The awareness of the law affects the ability to use the laws. The reduction of pure income affects individual capital.High labor intensity and long working time affect the ability to obtain knowledge and skills.Near works affects social capital.The single employment channels influences access to social capital.And use it as the basis to improve the skills training.To improve the human capital of migrant workers.Improve relevant policies to protect the growth of migrant workers’employment.Improve the social support for migrant workers to have their employment burden and increase energy. And other recommendations and counter measures to improve the employability of migrant workers in Guangxi. |
