Therefore, it’s urgent for the further in-depth implementation of arableland consolidation potential research, to promote the specific implementation work ofcultivated land arrangement.This article take Shangrao as an example, draw lessons from the domestic and foreignresearch achievements of cultivated land consolidation and arable land consolidationpotential evaluation related theory and the connotation, combined the truth of Shangraoarea, to evaluate Shangrao cultivated land consolidation potential. In the evaluation processfirst take Shangrao various counties (city, area) as evaluation unit, construct the evaluationindex system of cultivated land consolidation, Then select two methods of analytichierarchy process (ahp) and entropy weight method to calculate the weight value of eachindex value, combined with fuzzy comprehensive judgment method and comprehensiveweighting method for calculation and evaluate unit respectively according to the results ofthe potential of each assessment unit level; Based on the results of the comparison andanalysis of two kinds of potential evaluation, we take further analysis on Yiyang county,where there’re more difference in the level of cultivated land consolidation potential,according to the analysis of the cause of the differences, take the villages and towns asevaluation unit, take the principles of dominant factor to evaluate again and get thepotential level of each township. For verification by county (city, area) as evaluation unitcomprehensive evaluation and the evaluation result of the difference of region based on theprinciples of dominant factor for secondary evaluation idea is feasible or not, This articledoes analysis and research by taking sample, and finally this evaluation idea has beenproved to be feasible and maneuverable. At last, by combining the evaluation idea andsample evaluation result, we conclude the cultivated land consolidation potential level ofthe Shangrao City counties (cities, districts) and Yiyang County.The whole research results of evaluation of Shangrao area cultivated landconsolidation potential, on the one hand can provide important research for the cultivatedland consolidation potential evaluation in the future, on the other hand also can providetheoretical basis for Shanrao county cultivated land consolidation.
