Study On Leadership Training System Of TCL Healthcare

Leadership pays an important role for enterprise’s development and changes. In order toenhance the competitiveness of enterprise, leadership training is needed which can help toimprove the leadership capability of different levels of management. Therefore, the way to buildscientific and systematic leadership trainings system has been an important subject for HumanResource Management of modern enterprise.TCL Healthcare is one of the branches of TCL Group, which has good brand effectiveness.TCL healthcare is fresh in the healthcare industry, confronted with great pressure and difficultieswhen facing with the competition. Leadership pays important role in company development,therefore, building a systematically leadership training system is quite essential for the company.The first part of the thesis is background and research objectives, and the second part is theanalysis on current leadership training system and current management-level statement, facingwith those problems, the improved leadership training system is needed. The third part is theimproved leadership training system, from training requirement to training elevation. The fourthpart is superiority demonstration to the training system.At last, the paper analysis on the measures to guarantee the implementation of improvedleadership training system.
