Enterprise’s development cannot leave the innovation, with the high speed ofdevelopment in modernization and information,the pressure of innovation is more andmore heavy, the innovation of the enterprise is a collection of individual innovation, theinnovation of the organization can only by raising the individual to achieve the innovationof the enterprise, so it is necessary to study the innovation behavior of the individual.Everyone knows high individual influence will lead to more innovation behavior, a lot ofresearch has proved this, but they all ignore that the personal influence in the team isinfluenced by each other, and the individual in the team will take their influence comparedwith others.According to the theory of social comparison, the result after the comparisonwill affect the work attitude and behavior of the individual, So the past research do notconsidering the mutual influence among the members of the team and team all atmosphereinfluence on individual’s attitude and behavior. So this article use the42teams,a total of212members as a sample, the relative influence of the individuals at the team level canaffect job involvement and the individual innovation behavior, the influence of theindividual as control variable, get relatively positive correlation between job involvementand influence relationships, job involvement mediated the relationship between relativeinfluence and innovation behavior;And the relationship between the individual teammember and team level influence diversity within the team moderated the relationshipbetween the two. This study enriched the connotation of the concept of influence andoperating at multiple levels.
