As a result,public rental housing as the Chinese government put forward the solution to the problemof housing a "sandwich layer" a new move arises at the historic moment.The supply ofpublic rental housing is very limited, however, how to effectively use the private rentalmarket to provide more low-cost supply theory into question.Toward this article first introduces the research situation of rent, from three aspects:supply, demand and equilibrium analysis of the current our country the present situationof the rental market and public rental fusion, namely the formation conditions needed forrental market integration. Customization is put forward from the rent up to explore theintegration of the internal mechanism of the rental market, this article selects threetypical cities such as chongqing, changzhou, shenzhen public rental housing rent pricingmodel of case analysis, summed up the current pricing model of the rent, compares theiradvantages and disadvantages, Proposed pricing is the rent of public rental housingcomprehensive cost and market price, and using the model of zhengzhou public rentalhousing rent is set to carry on the analysis, at last some Suggestions such as publichousing rent custom should adjust measures to local conditions.
