Since nuclear power is a clean and technologically-mature energy, and itdoesn’t cause any pollution on the atmosphere, it is a major policy to promote theconstruction of nuclear power actively for our nation’s energy construction.The pivotal part of the development of nuclear power industry is to implementthe autonomy of nuclear power designing and nuclear power equipmentmanufacturing, which requires the cultivation and memorial of technology innovation,digestion, absorption, independent research and development and other abilities. Thecompetition of technology is the competition of human resource in the final analysis.Human resource team with high qualities is the basis of the implementation ofautonomous research and development and technology innovation. Meanwhile, due tothe characteristics of nuclear power enterprises, such as a high content of science andtechnology, strong professional and strict requirements of nuclear safety, the qualityand level of the human resource team in nuclear power enterprises must be guaranteed.To improve them, the performance training system is an important link.CNP Company, as one of the key enterprises of our nation’s nuclear powerindustry, clears the development vision of the company is to make itself aninternational first-tier company, and make its products have a good public praise inthe industry in the long-term development strategic programming. This means theimprovement of the ability to autonomous research and development and technologyinnovation. However, the improvement of core competitiveness must be on the basisof the improved cultivation of human resource team, and the training system is thekey channel to lift the qualities of human resources.Combined with the writer’s many years’ employment practice, the thesisselects CNP Company’s training system problem as the object of the research,applying the systematic training method to the training and management of the CNPcompany. The study of the thesis mainly includes the following aspects.First, the writer organized and analyzed related theories and current researchsituation in terms of human resource training, and grasped research forefront ofcurrent human resource training, which offered the paper’s research theoreticalsupport. Then the writer selected systematic training method as the paper’ssubsequent analysis perspective, and introduced its developmental vein, charactersand content in detail.Next, based on company practice, the writer made insight and careful researchand analysis for CNP’s training condition, and summarized prominent problems inthe company’s training. Then the writers put forward improve orientation and goalof training system.At last, constitute CNP’s training system on the basic of systematic training method, discuss the basic frame, main modules, supporting system and implementprocess of CNP’s systematic training system. Then contrastively analyze the resultof training system by phased implement effect.
