The competition between enterprises has turned into supply chaincompetition between businesses, this has been recognized in the most ofenterprise, but how to build a robust and efficient, and high degree marketresponse of supply chain system is the diiffculties for all the enterprise. Supplychain management need the help of across the enterprise. Supplier continuingprovide materials and services for the enterprise, let the enterprise normaloperation, so the supplier management is an important part of supply chainmanagement. Supplier selection is the starting point of building enterpriseupstream supply chain,supplier performance control is one of the important’measures to guarantee enterprises supply chain efficient operation.A superconductor company is a technical manufacturing enterprise, it has itsown industry characteristics for procurement,such as purchasing more for smallbatch, supplier group of large, high technology dependence on suppliers, manyproject type of business. Enterprise attaches great importance to the research anddevelopment of technology input, but not enough for supplier management. Leadto supplier’s product quality problems, frequent emergency procurement anddelivery delay problems. In the face of the current severe competitionenvironment, improve supplier management level is imminently.This paper through refer to related literatures of supplier management andcollecting excellent enterprise’s actual data of supplier management activities, toanalyze A superconductor company the current supplier management problems.The probl’ems root is the enterprise selection process for new supplier is not specification, and lack of scientific selection of supplier evaluation index system,the supplier performance control inefficient, single performance evaluationindicators, the lack of supplier performance appraisal feedback andcommunication mechanism. At the same time in the study also found that the’above problems are not belong to A superconductor companys individualsituation,but universality in domestic enterprises. In this paper put forward theconcrete solution of supplier selection for A superconductor company, first of allformulated the standard process of supplier selection evaluation, and put forwarduse project management to carry out the supplier selection evaluation work, usingtriangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (TPAHP) to determine the weight ofevaluation index of supplier selection, and introduces the actual supplierssourcing case: DC induction heater core component’s supplier sourcing. And thenPerfect Supplier performance evaluation index system, puts forward completecoverage of lagging indicators and leading indicators in supplier performanceevaluation method, and using the balanced scorecard performance. In the finalanalysis the supplier management improve measures proposed in this paper mayencounter resistance in the practical application, and the correspondingcountemieasures.
