The Evaluation Research On Sichuan Collaborative Innovation Performance

Innovation is a big change. Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization, regional economic integration, industrial structure is upgrading, the innovation drives development, innovation has become the lifeline of an enterprise, the innovation is not only a work of enterprises, but also become the whole society common mission. Innovation’s influence is not confined to a product updates, it is related to the industrial revolution, the development of regional economy and the country’s prosperity and rejuvenation. Throughout the world, technological innovation in developed countries has achieved rapid development, the use of policy to actively promote the innovation activities, leading advanced technology development trend. American Uni versity- industry development pattern and the German innovation park construction revealed a message, we must strengthen the chain integration of research, strengthen the industry university research cooperative innovation, only in this way, can we improve a country’s innovation ability. So the research on the combination of collaborative innovation is necessary and important. The research studied the collaborative innovation performance in Sichuan Province, and improved the suggestions to Sichuan collaborative innovation.First of all, this paper summarizes the literature related to collaborative innovation of domestic and foreign scholars on the research, analyzes the research status of collaborative innovation mode, operation mechanism, and comprehensively introduced the research of collaborative innovation relative concepts and related theories, establish the basic theory research. Secondly, through the collection of relevant data, analyzes the science and technology resources situation of Sichuan Province and Sichuan Province University industry collaborative innovation. Again, the choice of input and output indicators, through the use of data envelopment analysis(DEA) model of the 31 provinces and cities in the cooperative innovation input and output e fficiency are analyzed and the relative effectiveness, on this basis, analysis of the existing problems of collaborative innovation inputs and outputs Sichuan Province research. Finally, combining with the current situation of Sichuan Province, collaborative innovation development, put forward the countermeasures to improve the Sichuan Province cooperative innovation performance.
