With the development of the economic, human resource as a kind of production factor is more and more important in the position of enterprises and even the country. Human resource has become the core of enterprise management. Compensation management system is the most powerful tool to attract, retain and motivate talent. But the impact factors of compensation management are changing all the time, such as legal environment, economic environment and industry environment. It has become an important aspect of the compensation practice and research are concerned that whether the compensation management mode adapt to the external environment and enterprise or is it matched with the development of the enterprise. It also makes the compensation management system, scientific evaluation is particularly important.Most of the enterprises rarely evaluate the compensation management system dynamically after formulated the compensation management system. Due to the lack of objective comprehensive evaluation, it is difficult to evaluate the compensation management for the enterprises. In order to solve the problem, this paper puts forward the compensation management evaluation system of enterprises based on the dissipative structure theory. First of all, this paper builds the compensation management system structure model and studies the mechanism of the evolution of enterprise compensation management system bifurcation combining the dissipative structure theory with the characteristics compensation management system. Secondly, this paper studies the compensation management system mechanism of entropy change, from two aspects of positive entropy flows and negative entropy flow entropy analysis of compensation management system. Thirdly, this paper establishes the evaluation index of compensation management system from several aspects such as capital entropy, pay level entropy, pay structure entropy and the entropy flow, cash flow, information flow, personnel flow, technology flow. At the same time, this paper analysis enterprise compensation management system phase characteristics using enterprise life cycle theory. Judge whether the enterprise compensation management system is dissipative structure or not by using the Brusselator model.Finally, this paper uses the enterprise compensation management system evaluation system to evaluate the L enterprise compensation management system for the period 2006-2012. According to the evaluation results, predict the future trend of the development of enterprise compensation management system by fitting the entropy value curve and analyses the evaluation results based on the dissipative structure theory. Put forward the corresponding proposals to improve compensation management to make it fit the enterprise strategy, enterprise life cycle, the external environment, maintain a low entropy state and operate efficiency and orderly.In general, this paper puts forward the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of enterprise compensation management system. It is a beneficial way to predict compensation management system evolution trends.
