With the rapid development of economy in our country, the society from the industrial age into the era of knowledge economy, the important resources in the era of knowledge economy, human resource has been as a kind of strategic resources is increasingly accepted by the enterprise, human resources as well as other resources to the enterprise to create value, realize the value of appreciation. The core of human resource management is how to through the value chain management, to achieve the realization of human capital value and value-added. How to make good use of and maintain good human resources, has become the primary problem of enterprises’ survival and development. Therefore, in order to promote company B to achieve greater advantage in competition in the future, this paper will be of company B human resource value chain management as the research object.The company B is a network services company, focused on college graduates. In recent years the development of company B’s services is constantly increasing, the demand of the service object is increasing, this change makes the company now in the human resource value chain management activities less than the corresponding role, instead, to a great extent has restricted the progress of the company. The development of the company in the recent, the main existing problems of human resource value chain management are:organizational goals are not clear, the lack of effective performance management and incentives, organizational structure in confusion, enterprises participate in the management of low and so on. In order to address these problems encountered by B company at present, the author through comparative research, empirical analysis and normative analysis, the method of combining the B company’s existing human resources management value chain activities related analysis, put forward the development of the company in the future to be better in the process of human resource value chain management breakthrough and development, it should be from the premise of the new design, the key point in design idea, the new design and new design structure model of these a few respects the breakthrough. In addition the author also believe that B company in advancing the process of human resource value chain management and necessary measures to cooperate, such as:perfecting the existing human resources planning, improve company performance management, optimizing the organizational structure, integration of the company human resources, etc., to promote the improvement of the human resource value chain of B company.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of human resource value chain management of company B, mainly from company B to build the premise of human resource value chain management, the concept needed to adhere, the key point to human resource value chain management, and human resource value chain structure model and company B reconstruction, hope that through the study of these issues to company B in the process of human resource value chain management in the future to play a positive role to promote, and to bring more benefits for it.
