The rise of e-commerce and more and more frequently exchanges between people in recent years gave birth to the surge demand for logistics industry, and particularly for express. Undoubtedly, the market potential of China’s express delivery industry is quite huge and the prospect is very optimistic. A large number of express companies represented by Z encountered a bottleneck when they reached a certain firm size and market share in the development. However, the lack of outstanding and unique corporate culture is one of the big problems. Therefore, we take Company Z as the object for the study of corporate culture diagnosis and construction.The purpose of this study is to diagnose the corporate culture of Z company and find out the advantages and disadvantages and make enhance recommendations according to the actual situation. Through field interviews, questionnaire survey and data analysis, a full range of diagnostic from internal and external corporate culture on spirit level, system level, behavioral level and physical level. The study mainly analyses the reasons for the formation of corporate culture and the existed problems and focus on two aspects of the ideational system and propaganda system of corporate culture and then point out enhance recommendations for corporate culture at last.
