Today’s technological innovation is increasingly complex and innovative, the capacity of single enterprise has been unable to meet the new requirements of the market innovation, and cooperative innovation emerged under network conditions. After the early development of industrial clusters, the country embarked on the new era of integration of regional resources, rational planning and construction of high-tech industrial park. Under the promoting of "Torch Plan" and the " Twelve Five" Outline, our high-tech industrial park surrounded constantly expanding, has made great development at the same time faces some risks. Regional collaborative innovation network is high-tech park’s abstract in terms of innovative features. Study on regional collaborative innovation network has far-reaching significance for the healthy development of thousands of today’s high-tech park.Firstly the thesis combed the literature, according to the "risk of regional collaborative innovation network", the study conducted a review on the "collaborative innovation","regional collaborative innovation" and "innovation network","regional collaborative innovation network" as well as risks, and defines the regional collaborative innovation network in the text, clear the "structural risk of regional collaborative innovation network" as the object of study. Secondly, in view of the theory and methods of system dynamics, the structure of the regional collaborative innovation network was analyzed and realized the existing risk types of embedding. The text established a causal relationship model for structural risk evolution of regional collaborative innovation network, with specific focus on the case at home and abroad, the main loop precipitated were analyzed. Finally, through the data integration based38national software parks established a system dynamics model for structural risk of regional collaborative innovation network and completed the model validation. The paper predicted the risk of the development trend of the decade based in Dalian Software Park’s actual data in2012. Key variables in the risk model were analyzed to identify the need of focusing on risk-prone gap.From the structure of the regional collaborative innovation network to study the risk, providing a new perspective, and used structural variables as window variables to measure the risk of regional collaborative innovation network. The main conclusions are to strengthen the exchanges with external collaborative network is more significant for the prevention and control of the risk of regional collaborative innovation network compared strengthen ties with internal collaborative network; for the prevention and control of risk, the cooperation level within core collaborative network’s positive effect is significant and negative effect is relatively limited. Establishment of the system dynamics model for regional collaborative innovation network is designed to predict the risk of regional collaborative innovation network, has played a guiding and warning role for the development of high-tech park.
