Corporate pavilion is the result in the process of enterprise development, which is thereflection of the corporate culture. Corporate pavilion had been established in Japan as earlyas in Europe and the United States in last century, in order to enhance the corporate brandimage and competition. Most domestic corporate or industry pavilions have been successivelyestablished in recent years, but there are too many signs and banners in design, which is hardto communicate corporate culture under the new conditions, so it is necessary to analyze therepositioning of the corporate pavilion.Firstly, the content and direction of this study is determined on the basis of marketresearch. Secondly, the new understanding of Vanke culture is formed by the value aspect,behaviour aspect, and physical aspect, which is in favor of coming into the dynamic definitionof Vanke culture with the analysis of market conditions and future development strategies.Finally, the new idea of the corporate culture expression is produced by typical case analysis,and the thematic communication of Vanke culture is practised in the last design.The innovation of this article is the study on the expression of the corporate culture fromthe corporate pavilion exhibition design, which is finished by the analysis of the brandinterpretation, the market conditions, and the competition to form dynamic understanding ofVanke culture from different aspects, to practice in the thematic communication. On the basisof the case analysis, the constructive conclusions is promoted about the pavilion design idea,the siting significance, the design orientation, the space design, the layout, and the exhibitiondesign etc., providing necessary theory support for the future design, for the subsequentresearch.
