At present, the domestic aviation industry are facing growing pressure due to the increasingly fierce competition under the airline’s capacity growth higher than the tourist. So, marketing innovation of airlines is particularly important just now. The establishment of WeChat application system of marketing methods, will become one of the important methods to airlines to implement marketing innovation ability to promote access to mobile Internet market, competitive advantage.In this paper, using the4P theory of marketing, the most commonly used service marketing7P theory and the customer as the center of the4C theory as the basic theory of universal application, and the full integration of WeChat marketing industry. Using literature method, interview method, questionnaire method, data collection and analysis, the evaluation index system of verification and other means, to Shandong airline application WeChat marketing research, specifically from the design, marketing products system WeChat marketing systemdesign, implementation and deployment of WeChat marketing system and so on several parts. According to the general marketing theory and WeChat related industry application, combined with the current marketing situation and goal of Shandong airlines, Shandong Airlines was initially designed WeChat marketing product system, then according to the product system and WeChat marketing system design, implementation and deployment of research. Through interviews, questionnaire method to achieve the data collection analysis, according to the theory of system model built before the verified and revised, finally draw a perfect Shandong Airlines Micro message marketing system.This paper through the exploration of social media on relevant theory and practice to WeChat as the representative, the initial formation of the domestic airline vertical business field how to establish new idea WeChat marketing products system. Summary on the domestic aviation enterprise point of the core elements of WeChat marketing system to grasp, trying to explore the use of a new mobile Internet products to enrich and improve the airline’s marketing system construction to provide the reference direction.
