Now, both the government and the social from all walks of life people pay attention to this group is not enough.Academic research for migrant workers is very meticulous and perfect, but for farming "foreign workers" to the rural surplus labor force of the solution is rarely concerned, in today’s agricultural industrialization management gradually becomes a trend, it is very important to study significance of migrant people. And the banana industry is China’s tropical agriculture one of the important ways to increase farmers’ income, and the banana industry than other tropical crops there are scale, intensive degree is higher, the degree of employees is higher also, and the banana industry in hainan has the obvious representative, it is because of this, this paper chose the hainan outside Manila in the banana industry as the research object of migrant farm workers.In this paper, the main research contents include:the "migrant farmer workers" and "banana workers" to carry on the definition, classification, induction, analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad, as well as the research object of this article establish the corresponding theoretical research foundation, the problem of employment of migrant farm workers provide theoretical basis for the research; Using the survey data and results, from hainan outside worker’s of the banana industry personal characteristics, characteristics of human capital and employment features three main aspects, such as the analysis of the employment of hainan outside worker’s of the banana industry; Using the Logit model to outside Manila workers employment empirical analysis to the influence factors of the stability, the importance of the analysis of the influencing factors and their influence; According to the results of research, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis and so on. One is through the analysis of the carding of existing research results at home and abroad, especially the contrast of migrant workers employment problem research results and experience, analysis the difference between foreign Manila work and other agricultural workers, clearly defined related concepts; The second is to choose hainan banana main production as sample range of sampling survey, for outside Manila worker individual enterprise questionnaire on the spot investigation, the plants and their the questionnaires out of320,296effective questionnaires were taken back, efficient92.50%. Three is to descriptive statistics of survey results, analysis of hainan foreign employment characteristics of Manila work, on this basis, the construction of hainan outside Manila workers employment stability influence factors of binary Logit model of empirical analysis, to analyze its influencing factors of importance.The research results show that the appetite for risk, work experience, employment opportunity recognition attitude, monthly income, the enterprise salary, residence area, with local residents per capita alignment to outside Manila workers employment stability has very important influence, among them, the appetite for risk, work experience, employment opportunity recognition attitude, the enterprise salary, residence area, with local residents per capita alignment with outside Manila workers employment stability negatively correlated, monthly income and foreign Manila workers employment stability were positively correlated.
