Research On The Level Of Urban Housing System In Jincheng

Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s urban residents housing level hasbeen greatly enhanced. The average per capita construction area has been increasedfrom6.7to18.7square meters when it developed to1998. And it has been reached tonearly28square meters in2008. Therefore, we can know that, to some extent, thehousing security system has been implemented in our country. However, China’shousing security reform just has a short history, the drawbacks of the system result inthe housing problems still unresolved. Therefore, the reason why we need to do someresearch just want to know the level of the Housing Security and if it can solve the basichousing problems of those housing difficulties groups. In this paper, the author treatsJincheng as its object to do empirical study. We can got the comprehensive level ofhousing security through measuring the level of Jincheng’s housing security in recent6years, and with the hope to provide references for more related studies.This paper based on many theoretical studies on the level of housing security andrelated issues, take the method of quantitative analysis to calculate the level of housingguarantee in Jincheng and then using the longitudinal analysis method to analysis thecomprehensive housing security, and then we got the conclusion that using the indexlayer of per capita housing security level has higher accuracy on measuring housingsecurity.At the same time, take the related factors into consider, and analysis therelevance between the level of the housing security with each factor, thus we can knowthat the policy is the main influence factor. In addition, through analyzing the factorsjust in order to discovery the shortcomings during its operation process and theproblems on improving housing security level.The innovation of this paper lies on calculated and summarized the level ofhousing security of Jincheng in recent6years, constructed the index system by threeindex layer, the level of security of supplying housing security, and they are the level ofper-capita housing security and the coordination of housing security and economicdevelopment. By using quantitative analysis and longitudinal comparative method toresearch and analyze the level of housing security in Jincheng, there’s no person hasdone it like this before. And this study has not only the theoretical significance ofleading others to study the level of housing security, but also has a certain practicalsignificance for improving the real level of housing security in Jincheng. The limitation of this paper lies in the scientific of index setting in the process of designing the level ofcomprehensive housing security index system, which needs to be further tested.
