Study On Urban Housing Security Level In Changzhi City

With the acceleration of urbanization,many cities in China are already overcrowded.The resulting social problems are increasing,and the scope of the problem is not negligible."Housing difficulties" is one of the most prominent problems.Housing is a necessary condition for urban residents to survive and live.Failure to meet basic housing needs could threaten the stable development of towns.Therefore,the State can not merely encourage urban residents to solve housing problems on their own.It must constantly improve the housing security system,raise the level of housing security and use practical actions to help urban households with housing problems.In recent years,the central and provincial governments,in order to solve the housing problems of urban residents,have paid full attention to the housing security system,and have issued a number of housing security policies in succession,working to improve the level of housing security for urban residents.The city of Changzhi has earnestly implemented a series of policies of the central and Shanxi governments on housing security,and has made the construction of subsidized housing a key project to solve the basic housing problems of the masses.However,it can not be denied that,at present,the housing security level in Changzhi City is still low in Shanxi and even nationwide.Changzhi city should make clear the reasons of its low housing security level and improve its housing security level.Based on the relevant research,this paper constructs a housing security level measurement index system with seven indicators from three angles.On this basis,the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the housing security level in Changzhi city from 2011 to 2016.However,in light of the actual situation in Changzhi city,it is found that the level of housing security is still low and insufficient to meet the basic housing needs of urban residents.Therefore,the author selected the city of Jinzhong,Shanxi province,and made a horizontal comparison,clear that the city of Changzhi in the level of housing security funds,the level of construction and coverage levels are lagging behind.In order to find out the reasons of the low level of housing security in Changzhi city,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the level of housing security in Changzhi city,and obtains the specific reasons of the low level in Changzhi city.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the housing security level of urban residents in Changzhi city.Secondly,we should pay attention to the housing needs of the residents and appropriately improve the level of housing security according to their needs.Third,we should speed up the development of rental purchasing and promote the steady and healthy development of the housing market.Fourth,improve the housing security system,standard housing security operation mechanism.
