Based on collecting and analyzing the corporation's Orientation Training strategies, this paper uses the intercross knowledge classification system to make a totally new classification among the Orientation Training content, then based on the SECI model, it brings forwards a complete set of entirely new training strategies, the aim of which is to put the training strategies theories into practice and wishes to gain a expected improving training performance.At the beginning, the paper summaries the knowledge sights and their classifications among different search field, clarifies the unique character of each kind of knowledge and describes the profile of each cross-combined knowledge.Then the paper is going to make a systematic review of the SECI model, which is known as the most reputed knowledge management tool within the domain of Knowledge Management. From its original starting to its developing as well as those implied cases, the paper extends a comprehensive introduction of SECI model.The systematic introduction of Instructional Design Theory is also included in this part.Cutting in the survey of effects and strategies of Orientation Training, the second part of this paper uses literature reading, context analyzing as well as interviewing with some representatives of trainees to investigate the process and consequence of Orientation Training, analyzing the core reason of the low performance of traditional training and collecting the traditional training strategies. On the other hand, the paper gathers the annual training planning from several Training & Consultant Companies, finding most of which lacks of the special training item of"Orientation".The Third part describes the status and function of Orientation Training, makes a through training content analysis according to the knowledge classification system in order to use the SECI model to design a new set of training strategies.In the end, the paper takes Corporation S as a sample, analysis the specific training content, puts those improving training strategies into a complete set of training plan and brings forwards some methods of evaluation.Based on the surveys and investigations, this dissertation integrates the knowledge classification as well as the SECI model into the process of Orientation Training instructional design, filling into the actual training content to arrange a set of practical training program which not only provides the more reasonable measures for improving the performance of Orientation, but also to immit some new ideas for the Training & Consultant Companies.
