Research On Knowledge Service Model Of Manufacturing Enterprise Based On SECI Model

Along with the advance of the global knowledge economy,all walks of life are facing the massive impact of the big data and the rapid development of internet technology.As one of the hard cores of the national economy,manufacturing industry has inevitably entered the era of knowledge economy.Meanwhile,a newborn of the knowledge economy era,enterprise knowledge service,has been demonstrating its vitality in promoting enterprises’ decision-making,learning,and development.This research potently combines the SECI model and the enterprise knowledge service model and proposes an SECI model-based manufacturing enterprise knowledge service model based on the analysis of comprehensive researches on SECI model and the status quo of the enterprise knowledge service model.This new model provides the manufacturing enterprises with new ideas and solutions to build enterprise knowledge service system and puts forward some guiding recommendations and methods for practicing the process of manufacturing enterprise knowledge service along with case studies.
