Research On Knowledge Management In DOCTOR Project Automation Engineering Of F Company

In recent years,in the face of rising labor costs and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,the demand of industrial automation industry has been increasing year by year.Under the favorable situation of long-term development of the industry,the automat department of F company also develops rapidly under the strong impetus of the company.However,with the continuous expansion of the department,a series of problems also emerged: the loss of core technical personnel led to the loss of technology and experience;Insufficient information exchange among project team members,knowledge and experience cannot be effectively Shared,which affects the progress and quality of the whole project;The rich experience accumulated in the project process has not been fully inherited and utilized,which has affected the improvement of team creativity.The automation division of F company needs to change the current situation through knowledge management in order to develop continuously in the increasingly fierce industrial competition.Firstly,this paper puts forward the problems existing in DOCTOR project R&D management of Automation Department of Company F,and then analyzes the causes of the problems through knowledge management theory.Then,it integrates the theories of knowledge management maturity model,SECI model and Characteristics of Project Knowledge Management and combines the theory of Company F Automation.This paper puts forward some concrete solutions from the aspects of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing,knowledge creation and process reengineering.And according to the pilot operation of knowledge management in DOCTOR project,it evaluates the extension of knowledge management to the management of the whole department.In this paper,by combining the theory of knowledge management and automation of F company's actual situation to create knowledge management solution that solves the F automation company in the automation of the actual problems existing in the research and development of project management,automated help F company through effective knowledge management to improve creativity and competitiveness,in the fierce competition in the industry to the production and development.
