Analysis Of Factors Affecting Laiwu Residents' Income And Countermeasures

Developing the residents' income level is not only the meaning of implementing the concept of coordinated development,but also a realistic requirement for maintaining sustained economic growth.On the background of the residents' income increasing,the analysis of the factors affecting the increasing can provide a certain theoretical reference for the formulation of relevant policies.Based on the per capita disposable income of Laiwu residents,this paper analyzes the current situation of the residents' income increasing in Laiwu,and gets the factors that affect the growth of residents' income,and gives some countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the reviewing theoretical research results both here and abroad,this paper combines with the actual work and analyzes the factors affecting the residents' income from two major aspects.Starting from the connotation of the per capita disposable income of the residents,this paper gives an analysis of the current situation based on the income structure,and expounds the characteristics and the changes in the past two years.From the perspective of urbanization,Laiwu's characteristic agriculture and the overall economic and social environment of the whole city,the background factors affecting residents' income are analyzed in three aspects.Based on the analysis method of social indicators,10 economic indicators,such as per capita GDP,the value of the first industry,and the employment of urban workers,are selected to build an increase model.This paper make an empirical analysis of the macroeconomic factors of the principal component analysis by SPSS.This paper introduces the analysis method of association rules to study the micro influencing factors,and grasps the difficulties and problems of residents' income increase on the questionnaire survey method.The influence factors include the rate of urbanization,the economic development,the sources of income sources and the income of rural residents.This paper gets the policy suggestions to promote the increasing of the residents' income in the end.
