Evaluation Study On The Maturity Evaluation Of Residential Industrialization In Hangzhou

Our country put forward the industrialized housing for the first time in the last century. It can save energy and protect the environment, high efficiency, and conforms to our country national condition,but it almost at a standstill because of its high cost,resulting the government didn’t attach great importance to it and Enterprises had no enthusiasm for construction of it. In recent years, with the increase of population and housing demand has increased dramatically, shortage of resources, etc, we have to take the housing industrialization road. Housing industrialization brought to the attention of the countries and companies, and it was gradually built unfolding across the country. The study of housing industrialization is gradually increased.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to construct housing industrialization maturity evaluation model, and using the model to evaluate level of housing industry in Hangzhou city. First of all, analyzed the main body and the environment of housing industrialization in Hangzhou city, and analyzed the obstacles in the process of housing industrialization implementation in Hangzhou from the government, the housing industry group, the consumer or the owner three aspects. Secondly, through a large number of literature reviews for the housing industrialization maturity evaluation of the primary index of Hangzhou city, and according to the result of questionnaire survey, adjustmented the primary index, and defined the connotation of the adjusted index. The third, determined the evaluation indexes of quantitative and qualitative index of the assignment method, and the calculation method of quantitative indicators. The fourth, through the analysis of the characteristics for a variety of comprehensive evaluation method, combining with the characteristics of housing industrialization maturity evaluation, determined the Hangzhou housing industrialization maturity evaluation method of Hangzhou. The fifth, through the questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (ahp), determined the weights of evaluation indexes, so as to build the Hangzhou housing industrialization maturity evaluation system. Finally, based on the evaluation results, analyzed the housing industrialization maturity and countermeasures of Hangzhou city from the government, the housing industry group and the consumers three aspects.
