| The world heritages are recognized as cultural relics and historic sites and natural landscapes that have outstanding universal value and meaning by all mankind, and they can’t be replaced by any wealth. The establishment of world heritages serves the purposes that the heritages could be strongly protected, could be carried on from generation to generation and realize their worldwide values. Developing tourism in the heritage sites has been a common way to make people access to the heritages.As the boom of tourism development in the heritage sites, problems emerged in the development of heritage tourism are gradually caused scholars’attentions. Heritage tourism is increasingly seeking for the harmony between the tourism and the local community.The paper takes two villages inside and outside of the sites, WuKeShu village and NuoHei village, as the examples to carry out the research, makes comparisons between their conditions of their tourism development and influences coursed by Shilin’s inscription into World Heritage List, and then it sums up the same and different aspects of them, and their generality and individuality of influences to their tourism development that resulted by Shilin’s inscription into World Heritage List. On the base of the former work, for achieving sustainable development of the villages inside and outside of Shilin Karst World Heritage Site, the paper holds that villages in the Shilin Karst World Heritage Site shall be protected as the strict protection rules and regulations claimed, under this premise, the villages could recruit local villagers actively, develop and expand the rural tourism by relying on the Shilin Karst World Heritage. Villages out of the Site, under the premise of the integrity and sustainability of ecology, they could improve the infrastructure, strengthen the management, develop leisure vacation tourism actively, then achieve the great progress of tourism. |
