Study On Influential Factors Of Peasant Workers’ Citizenization In The Process Of Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up, There are a large scale of rural surplus labor in the process of rapid development of the system loose, new urbanization and industrialization of information, the large-scale surplus labor force in the countryside is gradually transferred to cities. They are widely distributed in various industries of national economy in our country, became an important part of industrial workers in China, and had made a great contribution to our country for information technology, urbanization and modernization. Under the background of urban and rural dual system reform isn’t fundamental break-through, they are living on the “edge” of the disadvantaged groups in cities, whose didn’t get city resident status and can’t enjoy public service and social welfare. Peasant workers profound impact on China’s economic development, political reform and social change, it also brings a series of problems. Migrant workers not only involve the full employment of farmer and the development of urban economic, but also relate how orderly realize citizenization, even involve how to effectively building a harmonious society. Studying the influence factors of agricultural transfer of population urbanization is the key to solve the agricultural population. Therefore, the influence factors have been effectively solved of Peasant Workers’ Citizenization, which has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the new urbanization, urban and rural development, and building a harmonious society.In the background of the development of the new urbanization,the fundamental way to solve the problem of migrant workers is promoting people of rural migrant workers. In this paper, in-depth understanding of the historical process and the characteristics reality of people of peasant workers, on the basis of peasant migrants in Hunan province, from four aspects of personal, social, economic, cultural, psychological factors affecting the willingness of people of migrant workers qualitative analysis, by using the descriptive statistics and the Logistic regression model, further study factors of peasant migrants intend. Finally puts forward the overall plan of people of migrant workers and institutional policy advice, providing theory basis for peasant workers’ citizenization and policy reference.
