National competitiveness is the enterprise’s technology innovation ability in a country. Inner scholars and external scholars made in-depth studies on the theory of technological innovation and got good results.But it’s not every hot issues has been given a consistent view, such as the definition of technology innovation ability, the evaluative indexes of technological innovation ability, etc. By a way, the enterprise’s technology innovation is based on the customer’s needs and markets, so the enterprise’s technology innovation should have the customer’s knowledge. On the basis of the literature review, the customer knowledge management must be joined the evaluative indexes system of the enterprise’s technology innovation ability.This paper first discusses the relationship between the customer knowledge management capability and the technological innovation ability, then constructs an indexes system of the enterprise’s technology innovation ability which is based on the customer knowledge.And using the AHP method to determine the index weight, combining multilevel gray evaluation method to evaluate the enterprise’s technological innovation ability. China Chang-an automobile group is a sample.Compared with the domestic research results, this paper owns its opinions in the following ways:First, demonstrated the customer knowledge management and the technological innovation ability. Respectively expounds the customer knowledge management to the enterprise’s technological innovation ability.Second, built an evaluative indexes system of the enterprise’s technological innovation ability which is based on the customer’s knowledge. It discusses the evaluation of the enterprise’s technological innovation ability, constructs the evaluative system which fully considering the customer’s knowledge.Because the customer’s knowledge benefits the enterprise’s technological innovation ability.Third,combined with normal and evidence analysis. After studying on the theory of knowledge and technological innovation, explains the customer’s knowledge management and the enterprise’s technological innovation ability. It builds the evaluative indexes system of the enterprise’s technological innovation ability, and makes an empirical research.This paper has two deficiencies: One is this evaluative system and its reasonable evaluation is subjective, so it’s cannot be adapted to elevate all types of enterprises; The other is it only has one empirical sample.
