Reseach On The Shareholding Cooperative System Reform Of Rural Collective Assets Of Lin’an City

As we all know, the development of economy is based on the farmers’ collective organization in the construction of new socialist countryside. Because it plays an important part in the development of agriculture, enriches the farmers and makes the countryside stable. Meanwhile, the development of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy deepens the reform of the countryside, make the farmers more organized and meet the needs of scale management in the villages. Therefore, the reform of the collective share-holding system and the development of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy are very important in the construction of new socialist countryside. However, with the development of the present policy and the environment, the farmers’ collective organization’s economy faces a lot of pressure. As for this problem, there is an increasingly popular trend of carrying out the reform of the collective share-holding system in the hope of the further development of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy. Then the common prosperity and an overall well-off society can be achieved.Compared with other areas, the beginning point of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy in Lin’an is higher. The reform of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy starts early and it is based on a good system of sharing the profit with the key of managing collective property rights and creating a new management of the cooperatives. Up till December of 2013, 50 villages in 18 counts have completed the reform of the share-holding system. The article is based on the analysis of the theory of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy and draw a conclusion of the development of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy by interviewing important people in cooperatives and gathering important data. It also concludes the outstanding issues and it states the main solutions to the reform of the cooperation of the farmers’ collective organization and the results of it. It analyzes the resources of the problem on thoughts, policies, management and environment. As for these problems, it offers solutions in order to speed up the pace of reform and also provides a basis for the reform of the share-holding system of the farmers’ collective organization’s economy.
