The Research On Informatization Strategy Of Sinopec Qingdao Branch Based On Cloud Terminal

Today, with the rapid growth of information technology, the developed countries all over the world have shown great enthusiasm for the informatization development. They have taken rapid steps to grab the commanding heights of informatization development and formulated the well-targeted development strategies based on the traits of their own countries. Our government has also clarified the informatization strategy of our own gradually and raised its strategic status time and again. Since then, the concept and technology of the cloud terminal have gradually come into people’s sights. In recent years, the cloud terminal has become quite an appealing research area in the informatization field as it enjoys the advantages of low carbon, environment protection, energy conservation, emission reduction, low cost, low waste of resources, etc.Taking Sinopec Qingdao Branch as the object of research, this thesis analyzes the opportunities and threats of the outer environment of the enterprise through PEST analysis approach in accordance with the relevant theories of the informatization strategy. It also summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of Qingdao Branch through analysis of the inner environment. And finally it obtains four strategies for the enterprise through the tool of SWOT, and decides on the ST strategy in view of the actual conditions of Qingdao Branch from the perspective of the enterprise senior officials. The thesis proposes the research on informatization strategy in combination with the research on the cloud terminal. The proposal of the virtualization of the cloud terminal correlates energy conservation and emission reduction with the informatization effectively, and with the constant development of the cloud technology, it is bound to become a booster for the energy companies to gain a firm foothold.This thesis combines the positioning and aims of the informatization strategy of Qingdao Branch, defines the core demands of informatization, makes analysis on the high purchasing cost confronted by the enterprise at present by use of a considerable amount of data from the aspects of technology, finance and sales and proceeds to the concept of terminal virtualization. It also elaborates on the feasibility of the terminal virtualization project, makes comparisons between the traditional PC and cloud terminal project in terms of cost control and market share and gives a frame of informatization strategy based on the cloud terminal.At last, it suggests many security measures throughout the implementation and gives considerations on control in later stages.The informatization development of Sinopec has taken its place in the front of the industry. This thesis puts forward a more advanced informatization strategy on the basis of the current status of Sinopec Qingdao Branch, which is a guide for other big, medium and small-sized enterprises in the industry. It also provides a certain value of reference for informatization development, raises the overall level of the informatization development of the petrochemical field and promotes the faster and better development of this field through informatization.In the end, a summary is given by analyzing the deficiencies of this thesis, expounding the sustainable development of informatization strategy and looking into the research of the next stage.
