Research On Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Of Fujian Province

Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation is a socio-economic activity that enterprises, universities and research institutions for the common goal, according to the cooperative mechanism to large span integrated innovation resources, to make all the elements of innovation resources within the system free flow without any barrier and then achieve the effective integration of infiltration to maximize the innovation value to be "1+1+1>3 " with the principles of risk and benefit sharing, common development. I-U-R Collaborative Innovation plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the effective integration of resources, improving the market competitiveness of the enterprise, promoting industrial optimization and upgrading and accelerating the rate of economic development.First, based on the definition of I-U-R Collaborative Innovation, I will build the mechanism of I-U-R Collaborative Innovation and emphatically expounds the way to realize I-U-R Collaborative Innovation, which including collaborative policy, collaborative proceeds, collaborative strategic, collaborative organization, collaborative knowledge. Secondly, through the introduction of Fujian Province as a case study, this paper introduces the current situation of I-U-R Collaborative Innovation in Fujian province, then analysis he existing problems and reasons in-depth. Research found that fujian province has achieved good results on I-U-R Collaborative Innovation, but the synergy degree between enterprises, universities and research institutions is low. Finally, from the perspective of government policy, proceeds, strategy, organization mode, knowledge, I will put forward strategy to promote I-U-R Collaborative Innovation in Fujian, by drawing on the successful experience of collaborative innovation in America Silicon Valley, Taiwan Hsinchu and Guangdong China.
