| In the development of modern history, the industrial relations between the labor and the management has become one of the most basic and important productive and interpersonal relationship in the social network. The harmony of industrial relations have great important influence on the development of the modern Fujian society. Both sides of the labor and the management were in the same economic unity, they conflicts for different economic interests and cooperate for mutual benefit. The conflict and cooperation reflect a complex and complicated social background, such as labor legislation, financial policy, economic policy, social network, political status, regional culture et cetera. After Sino-Japanese War, the national government wanted to mediate conflicts of both sides for labor reconciliation in the means of legislation, administration and policy making. However, the national government still facing overwhelming labor disputes which could not be easily eliminated and, actually, become even worse. The author want to take Fujian as example to examine the labor disputes of Fujian through the investigation of the unique feature of labor class in Fujian during Liberation War. And also try to analyze the political and economic factors behind those labor disputes and how these factors indicate the failure of the Kuomintang. Additionally, the author want to compare the similarities and differences of labor policies between the Communist Party and the Kuomintang, the result of which have vital effect on the fate of the modern China. |
