Regional Environmental Impact On The Enterprise Technology Innovation

In the knowledge-driven economy, technological innovation capability has become an important indicator of the strength of each regional competition and international status. As the mainstay of technological innovation- an important way,it is not only the level of technological innovation to improve their market share,increase innovation performance,but also to achieve protection of the region’s rapid economic sustainable development.Regional environmental and technological innovation capability of enterprises complement each other. Good regional innovation environment can integrate innovation resources, enhance innovation capacity; enhance innovation capability is also conducive to the further improvement of regional innovation environment.Regional environment will affect regional technological innovation performance has reached a consensus on the theory, but the microscopic mechanism of its lack of technological innovation in-depth understanding, which is the study of regional innovation problem is undoubtedly a bottleneck.Firstly, from the perspective of the region, the regional dimension of the environment division, were elaborated infrastructure, market environment, human environment, the impact of innovation resources and the environment as well as in theory, policy and legal environment for enterprise technological innovation capability and an integrated home and abroad documents related indicators selected; then this article will serve as inputs regional environmental indicators of technological innovation is selected as output indicators, and the internal characteristics as control variables to be considered. In this paper, World Bank data for 2611 Chinese enterprises surveyed in control of enterprise on the basis of other features, make OLS regression and build Logit model to study regional environmental impact of enterprise technology innovation relationship.The study found that the Internet households, the number of university and corporate R & D investment are on the stable presence of technological innovation, promote a significant role in all industries, but other aspects of the environment affected areas of technological innovation there are differences between the different sectors. Finally, this paper enterprises not only to the effective use of internal resources, and to make full use of external resources in accordance with good industry characteristics, improve the innovation ability, the government introduced the policy should be considered in the same policy have different impacts on different sectors, promoting the sustainable use and allocation of resources.
