Singapore’s Housing Security System And The Enlightenment To Our Country

Housing has dual properties, one is commodity, the other is affordability. The market mechanism can’t meet the needs of people under the condition of market economy, and housing security system is a necessary complement to the market mechanism. In order to solve the housing problems of governments implement the different mode of housing security system, while Singapore’s unique system, housing security system is the model of asian countries to solve the housing problem. After years of housing reforming, China has basically established the urban housing security system. But there are some problems in the process of actual operation,the right of living in housing has not implement after More than 20 years’ reforming and many low-income groups in the housing problem has become increasingly serious because of absence of the government’s responsity.In this paper, using literature analysis, comparative analysis and the method of system analysis to study the successful experiences of Singapore’s housing security system and come to the enlightenment of housing security systemn to solve the housing problem, based on the actual consummates.The paper points five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction; the second chapter overviews of Singapore’s housing security system; the third chapter analyses the success of the singpore’s housing security system in three aspects: the system itself, supporting system of housing security system and the legalitys; The fourth chapter analysis of Singapore’s housing problems and it may provides learning experience for the future construction in China. The last part of the paper has two parts,first introduces our housing security system in brief and second part give some advices to inprove our system after studying the singpores’ and our system.
