Study On The Effect Of Fatigue Factors Of Construction Workers In Construction Site

As the emerging construction industry has already become the pillar industry of China’s national economy, the following problems of safety is getting more and more serious. As the most important group of producing buildings, the workers’ work fatigue is often decided by their job traits, like working hours is long, working strength is big, work content is complicated, etc. These factors easily causes the construction workers’ fatigue, leading to the advent of some symptoms, such as limb ache, spirit trance and memory decline, and objectively causes increase in operation error and decrease in work ability, incurring that work quantity and quality cannot be guaranteed. Seen from this, work fatigue is one of important reasons of inducing low productivity and frequent accidents on cite. So, it is much necessary to study the fatigue problems of construction workers on cite, and the related results will help conserve the workers’ physical and mental health and help decrease the frequency of safety accidents.On the basis of domestic and foreign research on fatigue evaluation, combining with the characteristics of the construction site in China, construction features and characteristics of construction workers, this paper initiates a study on the influence factors of fatigue of construction workers on construction site. Four types of primary influencing factors, the job itself, work personnel, work environment and work feedback are put forward. Then, reason type fishbone diagram is used to find out 20 secondary factors, and the factor model and evaluation index system are constructed. Then this paper applies conscious fatigue evaluation method to make questionnaire survey and respectively acquire original data of 480 construction workers from 16 different construction sites in our country, and carries on the reliability analysis and make it meet the requirements. At last, entropy weight method is used to calculate the corresponding factors’ weight, determining that the job itself is the most important primary influence factors for the homework fatigue, and according to the research results, suggestions to ease and improve fatigue practical are proposed.This article is the first time to come up with studying the influence factors of construction workers’ work fatigue on construction site, providing reference for the further study of the problem, and providing a new thinking direction to the construction site safety problems. Based on this, this paper is of important research significance and practical value.
