The Research About Optimizing The Spatial Structure Of Urban And Rural Construction Land Based On The Increa Se And Decrease Connection

Based on the comprehensive understanding of urban and rural land and construction land structure and layout optimization on the basis of theoretical knowledge, analyses the present situation and problems of Ganyu urban and rural pothook work, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Based on the Ganyu in 2001-2013 urban and rural construction land use data, from the macro and micro angle of urban and rural construction land were analyzed, combined with the corresponding population, economic data analysis and prediction of Ganyu in the future scale of construction land; from the aspect of economic factors, the urbanization development level and population factors, to explore the effects of main factors the structure and layout of urban and rural construction, urban and rural construction of Ganyu land use structure and layout optimization, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The main conclusions of this paper:(1) through the relevant theory study found that, most of the research focuses on the construction land expansion, research on the layout optimization of little. Based on the urban and rural construction land linked perspective, this study will combine with the economic development and the pothook condition in Ganyu, put forward suitable for urban and rural construction land structure and layout optimization scheme, to realize service Ganyu urban and rural development. (2) according to the background and current situation ofthe urban and rural construction of Ganyu Land linked to the work, found the pothook work:on the pothook work understanding existence deviation, the budget is hard to put in place, the project site is not precise enough and to the interests of the collective and farmers is not adequately considered issues. Then according to these problems put forward some feasible policy suggestions. (3)based on the analysis of the urban construction in Ganyu with the change and status quo of characteristic of structure and layout, the structure and layout, there are some problems, then according to these problems, land use data by the urban construction in Ganyu, from the macro and micro perspective to the urban construction in Ganyu land use change situation analysis, combined with the corresponding population, economic data analysis and prediction of Ganyuinthefuture scaleofconstructionland; fromtheaspect of economic factors, urbanization development level, population factors, to explore the effects of main factors of the urban and rural construction and layout, urban population growth, urban and rural construction land scale and different types of construction with the variationof size, urbanandruralconstruction land use structure andlayout optimization, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
