| Employment is vital to people’s livelihood. It not only directly affect the individual and family income, but also has an important influence for the country’s economic growth and social stability. With the development of economy and society, labors have more and more requirement of the employment situation:they are no longer content to find a work pure capable of "subsistence", also more and more care about the quality of work to do. Therefore, the investigation of employment situation should not only in whether "have a job",but also giving special attention to improve the quality of employment. While academic research of employment related issues has made great progress, but still needs more innovation research to make this area more rich and perfect.Based on the classical theory of labor employment and the existing research results, the paper puts forward more in line with today’s labor market development phase of the "heterogeneous labor" concept, and makes the employment of heterogeneous labor force in our country as the research object.Specifically, this article will divide the research on heterogeneity of labor employment into two aspects of employment results and employment quality.Among them, the employment result is measured by respondents whether have job at the current; Employment quality is examined by three aspects,that is laborer position level, whether obtaining the insurance or subsidies, as well as job satisfaction.In terms of specific operation, this article uses Chinese family dynamic tracing survey data (CFPS) provided by the Chinese academy of social sciences research center of Peking University.After carefully studying and drawing lessons from the existing studies that used the same data to measure relevant variables, this paper logistic-regressed the sample data, respectively analyzed education human capital, health human capital, cognitive social capital and structural social capital’s influence on the heterogeneity of labor employment.Research results show that the educational human capital has significant positive influence on both the result and quality of employment; The health human capital has no significant influence on the result of employment, but its impact on the employment quality is significantly positive; Cognitive social capital has significant positive influence on the result of the employment and its quality; Structural social capital has negative influence on employment result, while its impact on employment quality is significantly positive. By the end of the article,it carried on the detailed discussion of the research, put forward the improvement countermeasure and the suggestion of heterogeneous labor employment. |
