In the 21st century, more and more enterprises have sprung up to grow up, including large-scale and small-scale. The competition between these enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the most intense in these competitions is the talent competition. In order to develop enterprises more prosperously, how to attract and retain excellent talent becomes a core problem that could help company competitive. Recruitment is an important basic job in the management and development of human resources. Therefore, the managers need to think seriously about how to use scientific and reasonable method of recruiting and hiring process to get talents for fast growing enterprises, and competence is the key of the research of management and psychology. How to integrate competence model into the recruitment process of enterprises is one of important methods of improving the efficiency of recruitment.Based on the problem of talent acquisition in real estate industry in China, this article takes OL company as example, lists the company existing human resources problems, analyses deeply the reason of problems on the basis of domestic and foreign research, and then we could build correspondent competence model of organization, position and function, and find the critical competence in the recruitment process of OL company by recruitment demand analysis, recruitment information release, recruitment process optimization and structured interview. Combining the real recruitment situation of OL company, this article makes an in-depth analysis of competence content and theory of human resources, integrates research findings of competence model, and states the detailed recruitment by applying competences.The author spent a lot of time to learn and understand all kinds of books written by domestic and foreign scholars on the competence and human resources, and he found the research of human resources in China was still in the initial stage although China’s reform and opening has been almost 40 years. By the studies of this article, the author expects to make the application of competence model better integrated into the enterprises, which make the recruitment more systemic. At the same time, once competences transfer to the solid tools, the efficiency of effectiveness of recruitment will be enhanced. As an emerging real estate enterprise, OL company could be representative and has popularity in the problems of recruitment. Therefore, this article attempts to make an initial research on application of competence in human resources recruitment and provides the advice for the recruitment of OL company.
