With the rapid development of enterprises and strategic needs, intrinsic training system has failed to keep pace with changing market and the development of the enterprise.In order to improve knowledge and skills the employees, improve performance of employees and make the enterprise obtain competitive advantages, the enterprise needs to precede effective means of human resources training. Therefore, how to accord to the reality of the enterprises, optimize enterprise training system,improve the training effect, and help enterprises to gain competitive advantages in the market competition, are the main problems to solve for this paper.This thesis is based on enterprise Z as the research subject. By employing literature research, questionnaire survey, interviewing and data analysis methods,it makes a deep research and analysis to the corporate existing training system,and found that enterprise Z had issues such as the incomplete training system of enterprise Z, the lack of effective training demand analysis, unitary training forms,lack of training talents with high quality and training effect evaluation and lack of training supervision and feedback mechanism were discovered. To solve these problems, the training system of Z Company was optimized, combined with corporate strategy, corporate culture and training situation investigation of Z company and based on principles of strategic and systemic. Firstly, Training process was optimized; According to the different types of training, Trainingcourse system was optimized. At last, In order to guarantee the optimized training system can work well; this article put forward safeguard measure for the effectively running of training system.The research of this paper was based on the analysis of the existing training system and has quite strong practicability. Thus, the research paper can be a positive role for training of Enterprise Z. Hopping that this thesis has the guiding role for staff training of other similar enterprises. |
