In 1980s, the corporate culture theory was raised, which put forward the different management ideas and methods of scientific management, namely, the corporate culture should be used to manage the enterprises, and increasingly become the main trend of world management. The transition from scientific management to cultural management is the inevitable result of the development of productive forces, and also is the inevitable requirement of the development of management practice. Excellent corporate culture can help enterprises to achieve strategic objectives, and also can be an important part of corporate strategy.The China Railway Corporation, after the restructuring of enterprises from the former Ministry of Railways, is facing the change in functions and the pressure of marketization, therefore it is urgent for the China Railway Corporation to get rid of the original permeates political command and to replace by the bottom-up innovation and entrepreneurialmarket-based reform,and that requires a set of the corporate culture matching with this reform.As the subordinate unit of Jinan Railway Bureau, Jixi Railway station is the vanguard of corporate culture construction and reform, and could explore the road and provideexperiences for the innovations in the reform of railway system.In the introduction part,the background and the significance of this research are expounded, and the research ideas, framework and methods are put forward. In the text, the definition, types and structure of corporate culture, the definition and methods of corporate culture diagnosis are described.Through in-depth analysis of economic history and current situation of the corporate culture ofJixi Railway Station, and according to the organizational structure and the strategic objectives of the Jixi Railway Station to find the advantages and disadvantages of the existing culture. According to the most effective enterprise culture questionnaire survey method, I have designed the questionnaire which is suitable for this unit, and with the help of this questionnaire survey method, the four dimensions and the overall of corporate culture have been analyzed, and advantages and the disadvantages of the existing corporate culture have been quantified.According to the principle of corporate culture design, the suitable goal of Jixi Railway Station has been developed, and the goal has been respectively expoundedthrough the concept of corporate culture level, the system behavior level and cultural symbol level in this paper. The culture construction in this paper aims at creating a project of constructing "Happy Jixi Railway Station ",establishing the leadership system of culture construction,building the leadership system of corporate culture construction, setting up the organizational support and providing the material guarantee, designing the steps of culture construction, a full range of using the existing advanced communication methods to publicize、arouse、and guide the masses to support and participate in culture construction,establishing the effect evaluation system in culture construction, and promptly correct the system and behavior thatbreach of corporate culture.
